Graffiti Art at Germany’s Berlin Wall

I visited the East Side Gallery during my last visit to Berlin to view a unique collection of modern art. This international memorial to freedom consists of the last section of the old Berlin Wall.

The gallery provokes such a feeling of time and the feeling the German people must have felt with this huge monolith in front of their lives.

The wall is covered with graffiti and art from a variety of artists from all over the world. It’s a truly great thing to see if you are visiting Berlin this year.
