DIGITAL Miami at Art Basel

Pam Loudon was one of the cutting-edge digital artists that appeared at the InterContinental® Miami in a show curated by David Siqueiros during Art Basel in Miami. The month-long exhibit in the hotel’s Interactive Arts Lounge, was centered around the historic 18-ft, 70-ton Spindle sculpture by sculptor Henry Moore.

“The Digital Arts Program is set to become an integral component of Miami’s Creative Industries, fostering and promoting the artistic and cultural assets of the community. We are located in that epicenter of Miami’s arts and cultural district, says Robert Hill, General Manager of InterContinental® Miami.” The Digital Arts Program is going to change the way guests and art patrons experience art. In contrast to traditional museums, our art programs will be on view 24/7 on the hotel’s digital art walls interspersed like flecks of perfectly appointed paint between other equally vibrant visuals and new media.
